' Breath, Listen, Change '
What's it all about?
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation that allows your conscious mind to be bypassed. It engages your subconscious or unconscious to create positive change in your thinking, limiting beliefs and behaviours that are distracting you from living the life you imagine for yourself.
Hypnosis is NOT like being unconscious or under anaesthetic, it is more akin to daydreaming. We all slip in and out of trance every day. Just prior to sleep is a hypnotic state. Have you ever driven home and don’t recall passing certain landmarks along the way? Hypnosis is when you are physically present and unconsciously elsewhere. This state can be referred to as unconscious competence. |
Does hypnotherapy work?
Yes, there is significant evidence from top Universities and medical institutions that prove, beyond any doubt, that hypnotherapy and hypnosis is highly effective clinical tool in creating lasting change.
In a study by Alfred Barrios in 1970, hypnotherapy proved to be the most effective and quickest therapy, over and above psychoanalysis and behavioral therapy. The study showed that hypnotherapy achieved a 93% success rate after only six sessions. Many of our clients are surprised by the speed and the lasting impact of hypnotherapy

Will I be asleep? No, generally not, although some clients do doze off due to their heightened sense of relaxation. Sleep, should it occur, in no way diminishes the effect of your hypnosis as the unconscious never sleeps, diligently and continually monitoring your bodily functions, heart rate, blood pressure etc. Your subconscious is constantly alert and will hear every suggestion being offered

Is hypnosis safe?Hypnosis is completely safe and has been used for thousands of years to illicit positive behavioural and psychological change and to help clients achieve their goals. Hypnosis can NOT make you do anything against your will. You will NOT cluck like a chicken or make a fool of yourself. At the conclusion of your session you will be completely reoriented and able to resume your normal activities, including driving.

How will I feel?Generally clients report a heightened sense of well-being after their hypnotherapy sessions.
HYPNOSIS IS ACTUALLY A PROCESS OF WAKING YOU UP! Waking up your dreams, desires, goals and ambitions that have been stifled by limiting beliefs, negative self talk, trauma, lack of confidence etc or any negative program installed throughout your life that is keeping you asleep and separated from living to your full potential. |
Self EsteemWhen your self-esteem is low you don’t experience a sense of achievement or fulfillment.
When your self-esteem is robust, you can accept yourself and recognise your successes. Your failures are observed as opportunities to change something. If you have low self-esteem it is difficult for you to value yourself, or to recognise your achievements and any failure is felt as being a personal loss. Psychotherapy can identify any negative self beliefs and uncover the cause. Hypnosis can alter your beliefs and create acceptance and positive change permitting an elevated sense of self esteem. Change your mind.....change your life. |
Weight LossAre you ready to get off this insane wheel of struggle and suffering?
There is an undeniable link between weight gain and the desire to avoid processing uncomfortable emotions. People who have trouble shedding weight or keeping it off have often developed habits of eating that are based on emotional needs rather than physical hunger. Uncovering what’s driving your overeating leads to the ability to process emotions linked to making unhealthy choices, this, then initiates new healthy behaviors leading to successfully shedding your unwanted kilos and keeping them off. Some people carry their weight unconsciously because it is the only way of showing the world the burden they carry! Is this you? |
