What is Psychotherapy?

Gestalt Psychotherapy encourages awareness of current circumstances through accessing your feelings through your body. This engages your subconscious and leads to awareness otherwise hidden within you. Working psycho-therapeutically we work together in the here and now. While history supplies detail about your life’s past events this information is all held consciously.
